kimchi workshop

In collaboration with Gigi from Damchi Kimchi, we are hosting a kimchi making workshop outside on the land.

If you are already a fan of the classic kimchi but also want to explore more options, this workshop offers you to learn how to ferment local summer vegetables into a kimchi. We will be using various techniques to make the ferments.
